		<description>Yup, it&#039;s true that this mainly addresses the beginners - at least on team level. The management recipe is a bit different. Most of the companies I&#039;ve seen has a longer way to go as far as understanding  what it means/takes to be agile. For instance the &quot;wait 3 iterations&quot; advice could be administered several times with different teams. Most managers realize more, every time around. However, it is true that there is &quot;wave&quot; of problems that needs to dealt with - that&#039;s for another blog :-)</description>
